Uttarakhand Public-Private Property Damage Recovery Bill: The Uttarakhand government under Dhami’s leadership is set to implement a significant measure to combat individuals who vandalize government and private property. With the upcoming budget session starting on February 26, the government plans to introduce the ‘Uttarakhand Public and Private Property Damage Recovery Bill’. If approved, this bill will hold accountable anyone who causes damage to government or private property in the state, requiring them to compensate for the losses incurred. The government anticipates that the implementation of this bill will serve as a deterrent against property damage in Uttarakhand.
