The first auction of Rajasthan’s first gold mines in Bhukia Jagpura, Banswara, is going to be conducted by the Bhajan Lal Sarkar. This auction will create a new history for Bhajan Lal Sarkar. The government is preparing to auction two gold mines. It is expected that within a month, the bidding will be released on the central government’s e-portal. This will bring a flood of wealth to the government’s treasury.
In the Ghatol tehsil of Banswara, in an area of 14 square kilometers, abundant gold deposits have been discovered. During the exploration conducted by scientists from the Geological Survey of India in this region, signs of gold were found for the first time. After extensive exploration in this area, an estimation of 113.52 million tons of gold ore was made, with 222.39 tons of gold metal being accounted for. Additionally, over 1,74,000 tons of copper, over 9,700 tons of nickel, and over 13,500 tons of cobalt mineral will be obtained during gold ore mining.
It is said that the abundant gold deposits in Bhukia Jagpura, Ghatol tehsil of Banswara, account for almost 25% of the country’s gold reserves. Along with gold, these mines will also provide a significant amount of copper, nickel, and cobalt. This will lead to investment in various industries such as electronics, petroleum, petrochemicals, batteries, and airbags, creating direct and indirect employment opportunities. The availability of raw materials will increase in the copper industry and electronic sector. The battery industry, coin minting, and electronic manufacturing will experience a boom. Cobalt can be used in airbags and petrochemical industries, reducing dependence on foreign countries for raw material supply.
