Action plan made to achieve the goal of twenty point program

No case pending on Sampark portal for more than 30 days – District Collector
Bikaner, 28 June. The meeting of the Twenty Point Program Implementation Committee was held on Monday in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Namit Mehta.
During this, the District Collector said that under the twenty-point program, considering the 10 percent increase in the targets of the previous year as the basis, each department should prepare an action plan and start achieving the targets accordingly. He said that priority should be given to ranking points but there should be no laxity at any level in the implementation of points related to public interest. Every office head should review these points regularly and department wise achievement should be maintained in proper format. He said that now regular review would be done at the district level and action would be taken against the departments with less progress. He reviewed all the programs point wise.
Review of the cases of Sampark Portal
During the meeting, the District Collector reviewed the pending and disposed cases on the Sampark portal and said that no case of any department should remain pending for more than 30 days. He directed the Assistant Director (Public Services) to make available the list of departments whose progress is less. Fixing the responsibility of the officers of these departments, action will be taken against them.
Get Anganwadi centers shifted to schools
The District Collector said that the remaining Anganwadi centers should be shifted to schools. The Department of Education and Women and Child Development should work with mutual coordination for this. He said that the return payment cases of social security pension should be rectified immediately. At the same time, in cases where the pension amount is reaching through money order, in such cases, bank accounts should be opened on priority. So that this amount can be transferred through banks. He said that such a widow who is getting pension and if she is eligible for maintenance, then she should also be linked to this scheme.
The District Collector said that the Medical and Health Department should work diligently to prevent seasonal diseases. Various points were discussed including providing list of landless hospitals of Animal Husbandry Department, development of nutrition gardens in Anganwadi centres. He said that every department should keep updated information about their schemes and efforts should be made to benefit maximum number of eligible people from them.
More than 56 thousand connections given
The meeting of District Water and Sanitation Committee was held under the chairmanship of District Collector Namit Mehta on Monday at Collectorate Auditorium. The District Collector said that more and more connections should be ensured in rural areas as per the target under Jal Jeevan Mission. The departmental officers should review it regularly. He directed to activate the village level water and sanitation committee. Public Health and Engineering Department’s Superintending Engineer Deepak Bansal informed that 854 village level committees have been constituted in the district and action plans for 25 villages have been approved. So far, connections have been made in 56 thousand 970 houses in the district.
In the meeting, Additional District Collector (Administration) Baldev Ram Dhojak, Urban Development Trust Secretary Narendra Singh Purohit, Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Om Prakash, District Logistics Officer Yashwant Bhakar, Sub Divisional Officer Bikaner Meenu Verma, Assistant Director (Public Services) Sabina Vishnoi, Chief Medical Health Officer Dr OP Chahar, Joint Director of Information and Technology Department Satyendra Singh Rathod, Deputy Director Social Justice and Empowerment LD Pawar, Superintending Engineer of Water Supply Department Deepak Bansal were present.
