Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur participated in the Mahila Pahari Sangeet program held in Badsar Assembly. A conference named Tridev was conducted by the BJP Mandal Bangana. Union Minister Anurag Thakur attended the event as the chief guest. Upon his arrival, BJP workers warmly welcomed him.
During his speech, he emphasized that the Bharatiya Janata Party is an organization focused on its workers. Tridev represents our dedicated workers who strengthen the polling booths. At the Tridev Conference, he engaged with booth guardians, booth presidents, and BLAs to discuss the upcoming elections in detail. Anurag Thakur highlighted that the foundation of Himachali culture lies in the women – mothers, sisters, and daughters – who pass on traditions through folk songs, dramas, and stories. The Women Pahari Music Competition has been initiated to celebrate this cultural heritage, with over 15 programs and more than ten thousand enthusiastic participants showcasing the rich tradition of Himachal. The active participation of women of all ages reflects not just a competition but a movement of cultural revival.
Anurag Thakur also mentioned the initiation of the Sansad Sports Festival for youth, the launch of Sansad Bharat Darshan Yojana for school and college students, and the introduction of the Sansad mobile service to promote community health. Additionally, a program focusing on education and care for young children was started with three centers, which has now expanded to over 500 centers with more than 10,000 children shaping their future.
